The day we had the idea for the Monty 4WS MOA!

The idea was born on Krippenstein, high up in the Austrian Alps. We were out on a crawling expedition, each of us hauling three to four cars up the mountain — batteries, transmitters, gear, the whole load on our backs.

By the end of the day, legs burning and packs digging in, one thing was obvious: a single portable MOA would have made the whole hike so much easier.

And that's really the heart of it — reaching those hard-to-get-to rocks, the lines tucked away where few people bother to go, is one of the most amazing experiences there is. We just wanted to make getting there a little easier.

Take it anywhere. Crawl everything.

Why the Name 9C RC?

9C is the hardest grade in climbing — the ceiling, the line only a handful of people in the world have ever sent. It's the grade you don't just walk up to. You study it, you fall, you come back, you try again, and again, until one day it finally goes.

That's exactly what we build for. Our cars are made for the toughest lines out there — the ones you stare at, walk away from, and keep coming back to. The rocks that don't give in on the first attempt, or the tenth. The ones you have to work, read, and earn.

We named the brand 9C RC because that's the mindset: chase the hardest thing on the mountain, and don't stop until you've mastered it.
